Clients pay no design or hosting fees, only the hourly fees charged by BCI for crisis consulting.

PIER integrates a number of critical communication management functions onto a single Internet platform. Communication team members can log into the system from wherever they are located and can develop materials, edit and upload digital files and track draft changes. Designated members can approve materials online and, once approved, upload the information instantly to the external site.
