LONDON — Bladonmore has bolstered its senior management team as it continues to push for UK and global growth, with the appointment of Liz Silvester as its first development director.

Silvester was head of business development at Superbrands UK for more than 11 years, and was also a group account director at Publicis, working across the Nestle, Ocado and Intel accounts. She joins Bladonmore from content marketing agency Sunday, where she was group account director.

The agency recently appointed Richard Carpenter as CEO, and opened offices in New York. Bladonmore also has offices in Los Angeles and Dubai, and has a total global team of 45.

Carpenter said: “We’re incredibly proud of the work we deliver, and we want to be recognised as one of the best at bridging the gap between high-level strategic thinking and exemplary creative delivery. Liz’s role will feed into that mission. It’s an exciting appointment for us and I’m sure it will continue to propel us in the right direction.”

Silvester added: “This is a brilliant opportunity at a really exciting time in Bladonmore’s evolution. This being a new role gives me the chance to help shape the way we do business in future. My first task will be to look at the existing structure and process of our strategic advisory and executive coaching offering, so that we can develop the team, the faculty and further strengthen the service to clients.”
