PHILADELPHIA — Brownstein Group has launched a new PR agency offering an integrated approach to communications, bringing to four the number of specialty brands under the Brownstein umbrella.

Red Thread PR will be led by managing director Laura Emanuel, a 15-year Brownstein veteran who most recently served as a VP. The leadership team also includes associate VPs Nicole Gainer and Meagan Sloan, who together bring two decades of Brownstein experience to the endeavor.

Red Thread’s paid-earned-shared-owned (PESO) model includes a range of capabilities including corporate communications, media and influencer relations, brand campaigns, upper and lower funnel marketing, partnerships, internal communications, social engagement, and social impact. Target sectors include financial services, healthcare, insurance, entertainment and hospitality, and home services among others.

The new agency joins Brownstein Group’s three other brands: Brownstein, which leverages advertising and communications platforms; Nucleus Digital, which offers digital media, marketing automation and performance marketing services; and Studio 215, a digital production content house.
