LOS ANGELES — German sound system company d&b, whose equipment is used in venues like Wembley Stadium, has awarded Bubble Agency its global PR business.

Bubble Agency was named d&b’s global agency following a competitive pitch.

The firm will support both d&b audiotechnik, the company’s manufacturing arm, and the d&b Group, whose subsidiaries offer the range of audio, visual lighting and media solutions and services. Bubble’s overarching remit is communicating the brand’s message to a wider, international audience.

“The strategic PR expertise and global reach of Bubble Agency makes it the perfect partner for us in a moment in which our growth is demanding a holistic approach to deliver our passionate and visionary messaging to our global community of users and customers across our key vertical markets,” said Michael Case, d&b audiotechnik’s VP of global marketing.

Bubble Agency’s appointment comes less than three months after d&b named Case to the newly created role as part of a push by the company to further brand awareness and sales worldwide. A 12-year veteran of the company, he previously was VP of segment development and artist relations and ran d&b’s APAC subsidiary.
