DALLAS — Longtime Edelman senior leader Kristena Lucky has joined BCW as head of the firm’s North America brand solutions practice.

As an executive VP, Dallas-based Lucky is responsible for leading and growing the practice across the region. She reports to BCW North America president Chris Foster.

Thomas Bunn, who leads BCW’s integrated offering for North America, has been overseeing the practice since joining the firm in 2018. Bunn, however, will concentrate his focus on research and strategy, as well as analytics and performance.

Lucky joins BCW after nine years at Edelman, where she most recently served as executive VP, brand strategist in the firm’s US brand practice. Previously, she was head of brand for Edelman’s Southwest Region.

Earlier in her career, Lucky worked for Chicago multicultural marketing agency Burrell Communications and was a marketing manager with Accenture before that.

“Kristena has spent her entire career developing integrated, cross-functional programs for clients that ignite growth by moving people from awareness to action, setting the stage for sales growth and long-term loyalty,” Foster said.
