LONDON — CCgroup has won a brief to support Brivo, a global smart building and cloud-based security provider, with PR and analyst relations across the US and Europe.

Brivo’s products, which have more than 20 million users, are used by property managers to manage access by tenants, employees and visitors, including controlling mobile credentials, video surveillance, identity federation, visitor management, intercoms and elevator control from a smartphone.

CCgroup will work with Brivo to develop an integrated marketing communications strategy and programme, with the aim of differentiating and raising awareness of the brand in the US and Europe, activating lead generation, and positioning the company as a thought leader across the top segments and verticals it operates in.

The agency’s team will report to Brivo’s chief marketing officer Mary Clark, who joined the firm at the end of last year. She had previously worked with CCgroup in her two previous roles, as chief product officer and CMO of Synchronoss Technologies, and chief marketing officer of Syniverse.

Clark said: “We are the leader in the category we created over 20 years ago, we’re an award-winning business and we’re growing fast. But we need help to ensure that we get the recognition and rewards we deserve. Working with CCgroup will help us do just that. The team has a proven track record of helping ambitious cybersecurity brands to differentiate, improve awareness and boost sales on both sides of the Atlantic.”

CCgroup’s head of cybersecurity Florie Lhuillier added: “There is no doubt the events of the past couple of years have had a profound impact on the way we work. With employees now wanting to work both from home and the office, creating smarter and safer places is key. Brivo is the solution to this. We’re excited about the prospect of working with such an innovative and global security company and can’t wait to get cracking.”
