SINGAPORE — BCW has promoted Cindy Lim to head of its Singapore office.
As managing director and market leader, Lim will be responsible for leading the firm’s Singapore business, which she joined in mid-2020 as senior director of APAC integrated communications. Her charge includes furthering the expansion of the operation, which has seen significant growth over the last year, BCW said.
Lim replaces Rikki Jones who moves up to CEO of the BCW Group, Singapore. In her new role, Jones will continue overseeing the growth of BCW Singapore while also serving as GCI Health’s regional president, a role she assumed in March.
Other Asia-Pacific leadership moves include BCW India’s Rishi Seth being named the agency’s regional chief client officer.
Additionally, Singapore's Emily Belton has been promoted to director, joining the office's senior leadership team. The eight-year BCW veteran joined the Singapore office a year ago as a associate director.
“Our Singapore team is on track to deliver one of its best business performances with 2021 revenue up well in excess of 20% against last year,” said Matt Stafford, BCW’s APAC president. “Since Rikki joined us in Singapore, she has built a formidable line-up of new talent to complement our existing strong team members. Our clients have recognized this, and we are thrilled that they are enhancing their partnership with BCW Singapore accordingly.”
