NEW YORK — Skanska has hired Anita Woolley Nelson, whose background is in communications, as chief strategy officer for the company’s building operations. In this role, she will lead efforts to identify, develop, and help implement the company’s strategic goals. She joins Skanska from AECOM’s Construction Services Group, where she served as senior VP of strategy, marketing and communications.

CHARLOTTE, NC — Barings has named Cheryl Krauss to the newly-created position of chief communications officer. Krauss (pictured) will provide strategic direction and oversight for all global communications and will be a member of Barings’ executive leadership team. She joins from BNY Mellon, where she was the global head of communications, technology, digital, operations, client, cyber and incident communications.

NEW YORK — Lisa Rabbe has joined Moody’s as chief government and public affairs officer. Rabbe will oversee Moody’s global engagement with regulators, policymakers and other external groups. Her previous roles include managing director and head of public policy for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region of Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited, and managing director and head of government affairs for the EMEA region of Goldman Sachs International.
