McLEAN, VA—Jonathan Collegio was named vice president of public affairs for the National Automobile Dealers Association, reporting to president Peter Welch and responsible for the organization's communications and marketing efforts. Since 2010, Collegio has served as communications director for American Crossroads, a leading Republican "Super PAC." He previously served as vice president of strategic initiatives for the National Association of Broadcasters.

JACKSONVILLE, FL—CSX Transportation has appointed Gary Sease as vice president, corporate communications.  He succeeds Vance Meyer, who is leaving the company. Currently, Sease serves as director, corporate communications, a role in which he leads the company's media efforts and supports initiatives with respect to branding, employee engagement, the financial community and public safety. He began his career as a reporter at The Florida Times-Union and later worked for United Press International before joining CSX in 1986.

HOUSTON—Food service company Sysco has named Russell Libby to the new position of executive vice president, corporate affairs and chief legal officer. In this expanded role, Libby will oversee the Sysco functions of legal, communications, government relations, compliance, enterprise risk management, business development and corporate social responsibility. Libby had served as Sysco's senior vice president, general counsel and corporate Secretary since November 2011.

NEW YORK—Intra-Cellular Therapies, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of therapeutics for central nervous system disorders, has appointed Juan Sanchez as vice president of corporate communications and investor relations. Sanchez has more than 10 years of experience as a Wall Street research analyst with a deep focus on companies specializing in CNS diseases.  He was most recently managing director of equity research at Ladenburg Thalmann & Co.
