SALISBURY, MD—Andrea Staub (pictured) has joined Perdue Farms as senior vice president of corporate communications, responsible for developing and leading the internal and external strategic communication activities for the company. She will also oversee community relations activities and promote, protect and enhance the reputation of the Perdue brand. Prior to joining Perdue, she was vice president of global corporate communications at NBTY, a global manufacturer, marketer, distributor and retailer of vitamins, and sports and active nutrition products. Staub also served as director of corporate communications for Capital One Financial Corp. and Symbol Technologies.

LOS ANGELES—Chelsey Summey has been promoted to VP of corporate communications  for 20th Century Fox Film, having most recently served as executive director. She continues to report to chief communications officer Chris Petrikin and will handle trade and business medie for the studio, as well as overseeing awards, filmmaker relations and corporate events. Summey joined Fox from Paramount Pictures in January of 2012.

LA JOLLA, CA—Regulus Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company working on the discovery and development of innovative medicines targeting microRNAs, has appointed Allison Wey as vice president, investor relations and corporate communications. Prior to joining Regulus, Wey was vice president, investor relations, for Durata Therapeutics until its acquisition by Actavis. Before Durata, she served as vice president, investor relations and corporate affairs, at Par Pharmaceuticals and worked at Edelman and Hill & Knowlton.
