SAN FRANCISCO — Delta Dental Insurance Company has promoted Kurt Schroeder to chief marketing and communications officer. In the new role, Schroeder will oversee the development and management of a comprehensive integrated marketing and communications strategy on a local and national level. He will be responsible for brand and reputation management, market segment strategy, digital marketing, advertising, and corporate and employee communications. Schroeder joined Delta Dental in 2019 to serve as VP of corporate communications and brand. Prior to Delta Dental, Schroeder was senior VP of corporate communications for Wells Fargo’s mortgage company and auto lending business. He also served in senior communications and brand leadership roles at PG&E and Blue Shield of California

DUBLIN, OH — Quantum Health has named John Hallock chief communications officer. In his new role, Hallock will lead the healthcare navigation and care coordination company's corporate communications function, including external and internal communications and investor relations. Hallock most recently served as chief communications officer at Transcarent. Before that, he was senior VP of corporate communications at Livongo Health.

GREENWICH, CT — Freight transportation company XPO Logistics has named Nina Reinhardt chief communications officer of RXO, the planned spin-off of XPO’s brokered transportation platform. Reinhardt (pictured) joined XPO as chief communications officer of the North American transportation division and will lead RXO’s communications organization when the separation is complete. Reinhardt joins the company from Honeywell, where her 18-year tenure included leadership roles in external and internal communications, public affairs and investor relations. Most recently, she was vice president, external communications and public affairs, serving as chief company spokesperson and leading a global team that developed strategies and messaging for all Honeywell business units and regions.

IRVINE, CA — Real estate investment trust American Healthcare REIT has named Conor Wagner senior VP of investor relations and finance. He reports directly to chief financial officer Brian Peay and is responsible for leading the company’s investor relations department. Prior to joining American Healthcare, Wagner was VP of finance for Donahue Schriber Realty Group, a grocery-anchored and shopping center focused REIT, where he oversaw investor reporting and strategic finance activities.
