LISLE, IL — David Giroux has been named chief communications officer of the truck and bus company Navistar. Giroux joins after seven years with Daimler Trucks North America, where the majority of his tenure was as the company’s corporate communications and corporate marketing director. He was director of marketing and communications for Peterbilt before that.

BOSTON —Orchard Therapeutics has named Kathryn Payne a senior VP and global head of corporate communications and external affairs. Payne joins Orchard from AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where she served as senior VP of corporate affairs, directing the company’s communications, government relations and advocacy activities. Prior to AMAG, she spent a decade at APCO Worldwide in the firm’s healthcare practice.

MILWAUKEE — Actuant has hired Barbara Bolens as its VP of corporate strategy, investor relations and communications. Bolens joins after spending six years at Joy Global Inc/Komatsu Mining Corporation’s VP and treasurer. Prior to Komatsu Mining/Joy Global, she held financial leadership positions of increasing responsibility at several other multinational corporations as well as early career leadership roles in sales and marketing.

DALLAS — The mortgage company Mr. Cooper, which until last year was known as Nationstar, has named Kelly Ann Doherty chief communications officer. Doherty will be responsible for overseeing all facets of external and internal communications, as well as corporate positioning for Mr. Cooper’s holding company, WMIH, and its family of companies. Prior to joining Nationstar in 2016 as the senior VP of corporate communications, she was VP of corporate communications at Elevate, a financial technology firm.
