LONDON—Creston, the parent of healthcare public relations firms Red Door Communications in the UK and Cooney/Waters Group in the US, has acquired a 75 percent stake in DJM Digital Solutions, a digital healthcare agency based in the UK. 

DJM will join Creston Health alongside Red Door Communications, PAN, ROCK medical communications and Grapevine in the UK, and the Cooney/Waters Group in New York. DJM founder and managing director Dominic Marchant will continue to manage the company on a day-to-day basis, reporting to head of health at Creston, Catherine Warne. He will also join the Creston Health board.

Creston’s Health companies and DJM have worked together for the past year, sharing clients such as AstraZeneca, Abbott and Takeda) at a UK, European and global level and picking up new client work with Leo Pharma, UCB and Pfizer.

Founded in 2001, DJM employs 26 staff at its offices and studio in Richmond on the outskirts of London. Its digital expertise lies in three core areas; experiential (augmented reality, holograms and exhibition multi-media);  iPad e-detailing; as well as more traditional online activities (websites, SEO and app development).
