NEW YORK—DentsuFUSE, a wholly owned subsidiary of Japanese advertising gaint Dentsu, has established an investor relations consulting practice aimed at helping Japanese companies effectively communicate to investment professionals outside of Japan, and has established a partnership with The IGB Group, a U.S. investor relations consultancy.

DentsuFUSE and The IGB Group will collaborate to offer Japanese companies a full range of IR services including targeting, message development, managing U.S. capital market relationships, strategic IR consulting, website audits, and financial media relations.

Says DentsuFUSE president, Kimio Momose “Japanese companies offer some of the highest quality products and services in the world and have a tremendous opportunity to attract U.S. investors as they look to redeploy capital to other markets. We have assembled an IR team in Japan with deep knowledge of the Japanese market and extensive experience in finance, capital markets, and marketing.”

Leon Berman, president of The IGB Group adds, “With U.S. investor decisions increasingly having an impact on the valuation of Japanese companies, it is important to have a strategic plan for communicating to the U.S. capital markets. DentsuFUSE’s strength in providing strategic consulting to leading Japanese companies positions it well to offer IR consulting services in an evolving Japanese market.”
