LONDON — Fast-growing global advisory DGA Group – which rebranded from Dentons Global Advisory last month – has expanded the roles of four of its senior leaders across Europe.

Brussels lead Grégoire Poisson – who was CEO of Interel when it was acquired by the newly-formed DGA in 2021 – has been named global head of public affairs. Poisson advises a portfolio of clients in the energy, mobility and sustainability fields and in his new role will work with public affairs colleagues across markets, including focusing on service delivery, business development, strengthening relationships between the public affairs teams in the EU and US, and expand the firm’s network of affiliates.

Poisson (pictured) said: “Our clients require nuanced, cross-border strategies, and I am excited to work with our talented team worldwide to provide our clients with the insights and support necessary to navigate these challenges effectively.”

At the same time, partner Katherine Morgan, who joined Interel in 2014 as deputy managing partner, has been named Europe head of public affairs, with a brief to grow, develop and align the public affairs practice across the region.

In addition, partner James Melville-Ross, who joined DGA from FTI Consulting in 2021, has been named as Europe head of complex communications advisory, to oversee the regional management of the practice that specialises in high-stakes communications issues including crisis management and corporate reputation. Morgan and Melville-Ross will join DGA Group’s executive committee, of which Poisson is already a member.

Finally, partner Kieran O’Keeffe – another longtime Interel leader – has been named co-head of DGA’s Brussels office, working alongside Poisson to oversee all operations within the multidisciplinary team.

DGA Group head of EMEA Deborah Scott said: “The appointments of Grégoire, Katherine, James and Kieran reflect the excellent growth in our business as DGA provides world-class expertise and integrated solutions for clients in an increasingly interconnected world. Their combined expertise and leadership will strengthen our global and regional capabilities, ensuring we continue to deliver for our clients and build on our entrepreneurial and inclusive culture.”
