WASHINGTON, DC — Digital streaming passes are now on sale for the PRovokeGlobal Summit, which will take place at the historic Watergate hotel in Washington, DC, from October 24-26. The live streaming passes will make all of the event’s content (aside from the Global SABRE Awards) available to those unable to travel to the event from markets around the world.

“Obviously, we want people to be able to experience the event in person, if possible, because the opportunity to network with other industry leaders from around the world is an important part of the event experience,” says Paul Holmes, ProvokeMedia founder. “But we recognize that some people are unable to travel because of demands on their time, economic issues, or concerns about the environment, so these digital passes will allow them to access the stellar content we have on offer next week.”

That content includes sessions featuring an extraordinary array of speakers from the worlds of business, media, politics, academia, and communications, including:

  • Professor Jeffrey Sonnenfeld of Yale University, who has been at the forefront of the corporate response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine;
  • Jen Psaki, former White House press secretary and current MSNBC commentator;
  • Veteran New York Times reporter and best-selling author Frank Bruni;
  • Johnny Taylor, the CEO of the Society for Human Resource Management and an expert in workplace issues;
  • Writer, activist and comedian Baratunde Thurston, discussing issues of media equity;
  • Authors Marian Salzman (The New Megatrends) and Katharine Manning (The Empathetic Workplace);
  • And senior professionals ranging from UK government communications chief Alex Aiken to Patagonia’s Corley McKenna, as well as corporate communicators from KPMG, Pfizer, Starbucks, Siemens, Levi Strauss, OKCupid and Walgreens Boots Alliance.

The agenda will feature many of the most critical issues facing business, society and the communicators who serve both: disinformation and political polarization; the Russian invasion of Ukraine; the Great Resignation and “quiet quitting”; the future of purpose; media equity; trauma and mental health in the workplace; and much more.

The digital pass also includes access to our Entrepreneurs’ Forum, designed for agency founders and principals, which will include sessions on the mergers and acquisitions environment for PR firms post-pandemic, workplace issues, and agency marketing.
