LONDON — Direct Line Group, which owns insurance brands Direct Line and Churchill, and breakdown service Green Flag, is reviewing its brand PR agency requirements.

The UK-based insurance group, which this month reported Q1 income from premiums down thanks to rising inflation, has been working with a number of agencies across its brands including Citigate Dewe Rogerson, Frank, MHP Mischief and Talker Tailor Trouble Maker for the past few years.

A Direct Line Group spokesperson said: “We can confirm we have launched a comprehensive review of our public relations requirements at a brand level. A competitive tender process is ongoing, and we will not be accepting any unsolicited invitations to engage.”

Brunswick handles Direct Line’s corporate PR account, which is not part of the review.
