LONDON — Fast-growing new agency Earnies has appointed former W Communications director Jess O’Donohoe as managing director to accelerate its next stage of growth.
O’Donohoe (pictured, right) brings a decade of experience leading award-winning campaigns for consumer brands including Unilever, HelloFresh and Kellogg’s. She has been at W Communications since 2018 and was appointed the business’s youngest ever board member in 2023.
Working alongside founder Nikki Collins (pictured, left), who was also previously a director at W Communications before launching her agency in 2023, O’Donohoe will play a central role in driving growth, building out the agency’s client portfolio, and maintaining Earnies’ culture. She joins Earnies – named as PRovoke Media’s Best New Agency in EMEA for 2025 – following a number of new business wins.
Earnies, which was launched with backing from UK-based consumer and corporate agency The Romans, has quickly grown a client roster that includes Moët Hennessy, L’Oreal, Taco Bell and ASOS, and generated £1.3 million in revenue in its first year.
