SHANGHAI — Edelman has named Nelson Ren and Delicia Tan to co-CEOs of Greater China, following the exit of Pully Chau earlier this year.

Ren, currently chief operating officer for Edelman China, will oversee the firm's opoperations in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou, while Tan retains her existing title and responsibilities across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area.

Ren takes on the role after joining Edelman China in 2021 as Shanghai MD and head of corporate. Tan, meanwhile, has been with Edelman for 17 years, and assumed Hong Kong leadership in 2022.

"I believe in their abilities to cultivate a culture of partnership and bring together the right people, to evolve our client relationships."

Edelman Greater China president Pully Chau left the firm in June after two of overseeing the firm's operations across the sub-region.
