PARIS—Cohn & Wolfe has hired Paul Baeyaert as managing director, Paris, reporting to Scott Wilson, managing director, Cohn & Wolfe EMEA. From 2003 to 2015, he held leadership roles at Weber Shandwick, including managing director of international communications; chairman, consumer marketing practice, EMEA; and CEO, Belgium. Prior to this, he was deputy head, marketing communications, Hill & Knowlton EMEA. Most recently, he founded and ran his own strategic communications firm, Paul Baeyaert Consulting.

LONDON—German appliance brand Bosch and kitchen appliance brand NEFF, both part of BSH Home Appliances, have appointed Publicasity. For Bosch, Publicasity’s brief is to drive the message of the total Bosch solution for the home and will cover appliances across its cooking, cooling and floor care categories. For NEFF, the firm will drive awareness of its Cookaholics platform and cooking appliance category.

LONDON—UK telecommunications startup TelcoSwitch has tendered its launch brief to London-based PR agency Spreckley. Spreckley will launch TelcoSwitch's open standards hosted telephony platform to the UK market, with a campaign targeting the UK IT and telecoms channel. An integrated content marketing programme will underpin this across digital, social media, events and traditional trade media relations.
