LONDON—MSLGroup has launched No. 82, which is led by luxury speciality and communications expert Carson Gray Elias and will work with luxury and lifestyle brands looking to transform themselves into icons. No. 82 will provide integrated communications, campaigns, events, media relations, partnerships and influencer marketing for lifestyle brands by drawing on experience from MSL and other Publicis Communications agencies: Poke, Leo Burnett, Saatchi & Saatchi and Salterbaxter.

DUBLIN—Independent communications and public affairs consultancy Hanover Group has opened a Dublin office. The new office, which operates alongside hubs in London and Brussels, will be led by Lorna Jennings, previously managing director at Keating & Associates.  Jennings will lead a team that including former Tánaiste (deputy prime minister) Mary Harney as senior advisor, and Hume Brophy’s Colin O’Donnell as senior account director.

CAMBRIDGE—Mundipharma International has appointed Susie Hackett as the new head of corporate communications, responsible for building up a function to increase brand awareness and strengthen communications capabilities across the network of independent associated companies, as Mundipharma diversifies its portfolio. She previously held roles at pharma company Roche, most recently as head of communications, Europe.

LONDON—Kevin Roberts, former chairman and CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi and head coach of Publicis Groupe, has joined Beattie as its chairman. Roberts will coach the senior team and help grow Beattie and its Only brands internationally. Roberts has held leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide, Publicis Groupe, Lion Nathan, Pepsi-Co, and Procter & Gamble. He is the founder of Red Rose Consulting, specializing in leadership, marketing, and creative thinking.

GÖTEBORG—Ingalill Östman has been appointed director of corporate communications at Swedish real estate company Castellum. Östman most recently worked with her own communications company, and also brings extensive experience as senior vice president, group communications and government relations at SKF, as well as various roles within ABB.

LONDON—Rocket Fuel, a leading global predictive marketing company, has appointed Bite as its agency to handle all UK communications activity. Formerly senior engagement consultant at Instinctif Partners in London, Kuehnel also has experience working in 10 other countries, including South Africa, Turkey, Brazil and the United States, for clients such as eBay, GE Oil and Gas, Harrods, Debswana, Lloyds Banking Group, Morrisons, and &Beyond.

BERLIN—Instinctif Partners is expanding its public affairs practice in Germany, with the addition of Bernd Buschhausen as Partner. He will work alongside managing partner Cornelius Brand in the firm's Berlin office. Buschhausen joins Instinctif Partners following eight successful years at Edelman.ergo, where he headed the Berlin office and served as part of the Edelman senior management team for Germany. He also worked for FleishmanHillard in the German public affairs practice.

LONDON—Hotwire has been selected as the UK and US integrated communications agency for leading flatshare website SpareRoom. Hotwire has been hired to spearhead consumer creative campaigns to drive both brand awareness and consumer demand in the UK while supporting its expansion into further regions across the US.

DUBAI— Silke Brigl has been named head of corporate communications for the BMW Group regional headquarters in Dubai, responsible for BMW and MINI business operations across the Middle East. Brigl has worked in various corporate communications positions, including electronic media, connected drive and research and development during a 10-year career at BMW. In her most recent role, she was based in Munich as the spokesperson for the BMW 1 and 2 Series, light and sight and ergonomics.
