LONDON—Golin has been appointed to handle the consumer PR business for Whitbread's Premier Inn. The UK hotel chain selected Golin to deliver a fresh consumer PR strategy for 2017 and beyond. Golin will work with the brand's other agency partners, including Lucky Generals, to drive up brand love and direct bookings for Premier Inn through creative stories linked to key booking occasions and relevant news hooks.

BERLIN—Hanover Group and Johanssen + Kretschmer have formed a strategic partnership to support clients across London, Berlin and Brussels. The two firms will provide strategic communications and public affairs services across multiple sectors, including energy, financial services, technology and transport. Hanover has offices in London, Brussels and Dublin, with 115 full-time employees and 2016 revenue in excess of £11m. Johanssen +Kretschmer is headquartered in Berlin, with offices in Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich.

LONDON—Lactalis Nestlé Chilled Dairy has tasked Threepipe to launch Aero Heavenly, a new premium mousse in a large single tub that launches in March. Threepipe is creating an influencer-led campaign, media relations and supporting trade media activity.

LONDON—Hill+Knowlton Strategies has hired Allison Adams to lead its growing data and insights team in London. Adams joins H+K from FleishmanHillard London, where she was director of insights and planning. Her previous clients include Thomson Reuters, Bayer, Philips, PwC and Fitbit. In her new role, she is focused on measurement, reporting and insight development.

BRUSSELS—Cambre Associates has promoted directors Fernando Anton, Victoria Main and Feriel Saouli to new roles as vice-presidents and partners in the public policy and public relations consultancy. Anton heads Cambre’s public relations division, with a focus on corporate and digital communications. Main heads the technology practice as well as a dedicated media team of former journalists. Saouli heads Cambre’s association management and events division.

LONDON—Business-to-business marketing agency Metia Group has appointed Stuart Handley as vice president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Most recently, Handley was VP of brand at Mimecast, where he also led communications for its initial public offering on Nasdaq. Previously he has held senior communications and marketing roles both client-side at Dell Technologies and at agencies including Text100 and Hill+Knowlton.
