BRUSSELS—Paul Cohen (pictured) has relocated to the Brussels office of Ketchum to strengthen the firm’s international corporate and institutional affairs offering. Cohen, a partner in the firm who most recently served as group manager for Ketchum’s corporate and international affairs team in New York, will assume the role of director, international corporate and institutional affairs. He will advise clients on building and protecting strong and sustainable market positions across political, economic and social environments.

LONDON—MHP Communications has added Pete Digger as managing director, reporting directly to Gavin Devine, chief executive. He will have a senior strategic role, roaming across MHP's public affairs, corporate and health practices. His focus will be on advising on and leading integrated campaigns on behalf of MHP's clients. Prior to his most recent position as managing director of Good Relations Political, he was associate director of global government affairs and public policy at AstraZeneca for four years.  Before that he spent three years as deputy managing director of global government relations at DLA Piper.

LONDON—Emma D’Arcy has joined inVentiv Health Communications’ digital and innovation team in London as head of participatory medicine, an emerging model that promotes healthcare professionals and patients working in partnership. D’Arcy is a medical biochemist who is currently conducting research on the impact of social media on the practice of medicine.

PARIS—Hopscotch, the French public relations and digital communication agency, has created its own production of video content unit. The offer, Hopscotch Broadcast, includes a team of TV journalists, led by David Ras, director of Hopscotch broadcast media since 2011. Joining the unit is Sébastien Millard, broadcast media journalist and veteran of national TV channels, TF1 and then France 3.

LONDON—Communications agency W has created a full-service music department with talent and brand partnership specialist Vision Artists. The new department, named WVA, will serve brands looking to engage consumers via music and will combine Vision Artists' music industry insight and commercial understanding  with W's ability to maximize brand engagement via audience interests. The department will be led by W's Kim Machray and VA's Ronnie Traynor.
