LONDON – MSL UK has appointed Emily Fleuriot (pictured) as head of content and copy within its senior creative team, after the agency won several content-focused briefs, such as producing its second DE&I report for Warner Media. Fleuriot was most recently creative content director at integrated creative content agency, Redwood BBDO. Before that, she was creative lead for Walgreen Boots Alliance global brands at Refinery 29, where she worked on white label digital and social campaigns, and co-branded content solutions. Fleuriot has also worked at Sunshine, Grey London, Reach, Hearst Digital, Net-a-Porter Group and Matchesfashion.com. She will report to MSL UK executive creative director Michael Dowell.

LONDON — Ketchum has promoted creative director Luke Walker, who joined the firm in January from MHP Group’s consumer agency Mischief, to head of UK creative. Walker worked for advertising agencies including Ogilvy and Saatchi & Saatchi before moving into PR, first at Weber Shandwick in 2015 and then Mischief in 2021. In his role at Ketchum, he works alongside two former Weber Shandwick colleagues: chief creative officer for global markets, Indy Selvarajah, and UK deputy chief executive Heather Blundell.

MANCHESTER — PR Agency One has hired former Daily Express senior reporter Katie Sewell as the agency’s first head of news. Sewell’s remit is to lead the PR Agency One News Hub, its team of ex-national news journalists and PR professionals.

LONDON — Ogilvy Health UK has appointed John McPartland as executive creative director. McPartland joins from creative agency Leith, where he was creative director. Before that, he held the same role at healthcare agency Havas Lynx Group. In his new role, McPartland will lead a team of 30 creatives working alongside more than 200 healthcare specialists within Ogilvy Health.
