SYDNEY — Italian confectionary Ferrero has hired Sefiani to handle its corporate and sustainability communications in Australia and New Zealand.

Sefiani won the business following a competitive review. The move ends Ferrero’s decade-long relationship with incumbent agency twenty6forty4.

The firm’s remit includes strategic communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement across the region. Highlighting Ferrero’s commitment to sustainability will be among the focuses.

Sefiani has created a Ferrero team including specialists in corporate and sustainability communications, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, media relations and content creation.
