MINNEAPOLIS — The Social Lights’ Greg Swan has joined Finn Partners as a senior partner and Midwest digital lead.
In his new role, Swan, a longtime creative and strategy leader, will leverage his extensive experience in advertising, PR, digital, and social media marketing to enhance the agency’s integrated marketing services.
Swan will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that blend creative content, strategic communications, and technology. Minneapolis-based Swan will also play a key role in mentoring the next generation of marcomm leaders the Midwest region.

Swan most recently served as chief creative & strategy officer of The Social Lights, a social-first marketing agency. He held previous roles at Fallon, McCann Worldgroup, space150 and Weber Shandwick where his teams led digital campaigns and social media innovations for brands including Arby’s, State Farm, Nike, U.S. Army, 3M, US Bank, and The Coca-Cola Company
