LONDON — Finn Partners has been appointed as the EMEA agency of record for VistaJet, the global business and luxury private jet company.

Finn Partners’ global travel and lifestyle group, which already manages PR for VistaJet in Asia, will now also be responsible for regional PR activity across the UK, UAE, German and French markets. The team will target business and leisure travellers, including promoting VistaJet’s sustainability commitments and its new Global 7500 fleet, the largest and longest private jets in the world, with the ultimate aim of increasing bookings.

The specialist aviation firm is one of the few companies within the hard-hit travel sector to have grown during the pandemic, as executives required to travel for business where air corridors are open are increasingly turning to private charters. In October, VistaJet reported that it had seen a surge of 49% in corporate interest globally since the start of the pandemic.

Finn Partners’ global travel practice leader Debbie Flynn, who became its first global lead outside the US in September, told PRovoke Media: “It’s a really exciting brand for us after the nightmare of 2020. The luxury travel market is probably going to be one of the first to return and even last year there was a market for corporate business travellers and high net worth individuals, as people who used to travel business or first class moved to private jets because there are minimum touchpoints. There is a real opportunity there, and VistaJet is also ahead of the game in terms of innovation and sustainability.”

The account will be led by Carly Reed, partner in Finn’s London office, working with Jennifer Farquhar, VistaJet’s director of global communications and brand marketing.

VistaJet EVP of marketing and innovation Matteo Atti said: “We’re excited to appoint Finn Partners to support our global communications strategy and promote the VistaJet brand across the globe. As we come out of an eventful year for the whole industry, private aviation will be even more vital in supporting businesses and the global economy.

“The UK, UAE, Germany and France are all key markets in which we anticipate further growth, and through Finn Partners’ communications experience and regional market expertise we look forward to presenting our unparalleled service, product offering and commitment to our members.”
