NEW YORK — Fintech company Accern has handed its PR business to SourceCode Communications.

Accern, which helps financial organizations with risk and investment insights, named SourceCode its PR agency of record following a four-agency competitive pitch. The move marks the first time the company has hired a PR agency.

The partnership has started with media relations and thought leadership programs aimed at raising the visibility of Accern, whose no-code AI platform helps financial services professionals analyze data quickly and in real time.

“We wanted to partner with an agency who has a deep understanding of the value our platform brings to professionals within the financial services industries and can tell our story in a way that really slices through the noise,” said Emma Borochoff, Accern’s VP of marketing. “We’ve been impressed so far with how SourceCode thinks about our story both from the lens of our platform’s capabilities as well as how no-code is leveling the playing field for countless professionals and organizations.”
