LONDON — Ecommerce financial platform Juni has appointed B2B technology marketing, PR and analyst relations agency CCgroup to lead its public relations efforts in the UK.

Juni – named as Europe’s fastest-growing fintech start-up of 2021 – gives ecommerce founders and finance teams tools, automation and insights to help with cash flow, including cards, credit, multi-currency accounts, accounting, banking and advertising integration.

CCgroup’s PR programme includes engaging influencers on topics that matter to Juni and its ecommerce customers, as well as industry events activity. Juni previously worked with AxiCom in the UK.

Juni director of communications Mimmi Andersson said: “In the current economic climate, it's never been more important for ecommerce businesses to accurately and confidently manage their finances. This sector saw accelerated growth during the pandemic with people having to shop online, but as the cost of living crisis kicks in and consumers tighten their belts, it’s paramount that ecommerce businesses have the right insights, tools and integrations to navigate the downturn.

“We needed a communications partner that could translate our capabilities and positioning, with deep awareness and understanding of fintech and retail, and strong ties to influencers. CCgroup was the natural partner for us.”

CCgroup CEO Richard Fogg added: “We’re looking forward to working with Juni, one of the most exciting fintechs in Europe. It's a bleak economic picture right now, so Juni’s proposition is critical for ecommerce businesses, with many needing support in managing their financial operations. Together we’ll educate online retailers to successfully manage their finances and navigate the downturn.”
