NEW YORK –  The DJE-owned Zeno Group has hired Frank Eliason — most recently global director of client experience at Citi — as an EVP to lead US digital and customer experience.

Eliason - who is best known for his pioneering work on Comcast Cares — is now leading Zeno’s digital team and business across the United States. His role also includes developing the agency’s suite of services around customer experiences, especially via digital touch-points. He reports to John Kerr, the agency’s global chief digital officer.

Most recently, Eliason spent five years at Citibank as global director of social nedia and subsequently director of customer experience. He parted ways with the company earlier this year. Prior to Citi, Eliason was at Comcast from 2007 to 2010.

Despite being best-known for his work on Comcast Cares, according to a statement by the agency "Frank’s favorite career accomplishment to date was during his time at Citi. He led an unprecedented effort to help struggling homeowners keep their homes."

Before Eliason joining, Zeno's digital team was run by Tracey Thiele who is now taking on a new agency role focusing on global marketing and integration.
