LONDON — Former Frank director Bianca Lee-Chang has returned to the agency as deputy managing director, completing the new senior leadership team after founder Andrew Bloch stepped back in April this year.

Lee-Chang rejoins Frank – where she was a director from 2012 to 2015 – from Karmarama, where she was head of PR, covering maternity leave. She was previously head of communications and marketing at Change Incorporated – Vice Media Group’s purpose offer – has also worked been head of consumer at Lexis during the past five years.

Before her first stint at Frank, Lee-Chang was head of consumer, technology and lifestyle at Publicasity for six years. In her new role, Lee-Chang will take on day-to-day agency and client responsibilities, with a particular focus on Frank’s brand purpose offer.

Lee-Chang will work alongside managing partner Alex Grier, director Melissa Robinson and founder and chairman Graham Goodkind.

Grier said "Bianca's wealth of knowledge, skill and experience builds on our existing offer and will add huge value to our clients, the team and the agency. She's knows our culture, ethos and approach inside out. It's brilliant to have her back."

The appointment completes the Frank leadership team line up with social, content and influencer being led by Jennie Thompson; corporate comms led by Ryan Sketchley; and consumer PR led by Melissa Robinson.

Lee-Chang said: “Frank has always held a special place in my heart and when the opportunity came up to drive the agency's purpose offering, I jumped at it. I've watched from afar as Frank delivered award-winning purpose and sustainability campaigns for the likes of Burger King, Coty and UN patron of the oceans Lewis Pugh.

“Straight talking creative comms consultancy has always been at the core of the Frank offer and I'm excited to be back and adding my experience to the proposition."

Frank’s client roster includes Atom Bank, Burger King, GreenFlag, Huawei, Skoda, Simply Business and Weetabix, and has been bolstered by a series of recent account wins including G2 Esports, Jura Whisky, Jammie Dodgers, Hertfordshire Health Protection Board and Flor De Cana Rum.
