NEW YORK — G&S has acquired fellow independent MorganMyers, expanding the firm’s expertise and offerings in agriculture and food.
MorganMyers brings to the deal clients in agricultural production and technology, farm and commodity organizations and food and beverage companies, who will gain access to G&S’s deeper set of integrated services and resources, G&S said. The 42-year-old MorganMyers will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of G&S branded as MorganMyers, a G&S Agency.
The current management team of MorganMyers president Tim Oliver, principals Janine Stewart and Linda Wenck and partner Max Wenck will remain with the agency. Clients will continue to be served from the firm’s current offices in Waukesha, Wisconsin and Waterloo, Iowa, as well as by remote employees in multiple regions of the country.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We could not be more pleased to welcome the team at MorganMyers to our G&S family,” said G&S principal and CEO Anne Green. “The firm has a rich history of closely partnering with clients in agriculture and food and is a perfect complement to our own 50-plus year history of helping innovative companies change the world. They will bring exceptional expertise to our team, diversify our portfolio of clients, infuse new ideas and thinking, and increase our combined annual revenue by more than $5 million.”
In conjunction with the acquisition, G&S has also established the G&S Integrated Marketing Communications Group to manage its brands, G&S Business Communications and MorganMyers, a G&S Agency. The combined group has more than 165 employees and generates more than $33 million in annual revenue.
MorganMyers is G&S’s second acquisition. The agency acquired CooperKatz in 2018.
