NEW YORK — G&S Business Communications’ Meredith Topalanchik has been promoted to head of the firm's New York office, succeeding principal Anne Green who is taking on an agency-wide role.
As New York managing director, Topalanchik will oversee G&S’s 40-plus person Manhattan office, with responsibilities covering operations, growth, and talent development. She has spent nearly three years as a G&S senior VP following 12 years at CooperKatz, which was acquired by G&S in 2018.
Green, meantime, will be stepping into the newly created role of managing director of business consulting. She will focus on four areas: strategic engagements with senior-level client contacts, including high-level consulting and training; strategic support of growth in financial and professional services and healthcare; industry engagement and visibility; and helping lead the agency's DE&I efforts.
Green also joined G&S through its merger with CooperKatz, where she spent 22 years including seven as CEO.
"This is a great win/win for the agency and our clients," said president and CEO Luke Lambert. "Meredith brings a clear set of proven strengths and experience to the NY MD role. This, coupled with her strong relationships with staff, will be vital as we enter our hybrid return-to-office model. Anne can now focus even more on maximizing the potential of her unique skills and talents in the areas of high-level client engagement, business growth, and external thought leadership."
