LONDON — The former deputy managing director of Golin, Emily Luscombe, has moved to Instinctif Partners in the newly-created role of client services director.
Luscombe, who left Golin in November along with London MD Bibi Hilton, is one of three senior hires to Instinctif’s 90-strong UK corporate and capital markets team, to support the growth strategy backed by new investor Lloyds Development Capital, which took a majority stake in September 2019.
At Golin, Luscombe ran the agency’s corporate, B2B and technology practices, with cross-agency responsibility for client services and operations. She was previously deputy MD of Bell Pottinger’s content and campaigns division, Engage.
In addition, Noémie de Andia has joined Instinctif as a partner working across financial services, consumer and technology clients. De Andia joins from private equity firm Permira, where she led global communications and branding for over a decade, through the financial crisis and several successful fundraising cycles. She has previously worked in consultancies including Hudson Sandler.
Charlie Bagley has also joined the agency, as an associate partner in Instinctif’s innovation and digital practice. He was previously digital director at Clarion Communications.
Laura O’Connell, head of corporate and capital markets, said: “Emily, Noémie and Charlie are three outstanding hires and we are very pleased to add them to our ambitious team. All bring diverse and high calibre experience that supports Instinctif’s integrated business communications proposition. Excitingly, they also have the drive and talent to match our culture of continuous innovation in communications, to meet the needs of clients both today and tomorrow.”
