CHICAGO — Golin has tapped two agency veterans — Sarah Vellozzi and Tim Peters — to oversee the agency’s US corporate practice.

Vellozzi and Peters have assumed newly created regional roles in addition to serving as corporate co-leaders.

New York-based Vellozzi is overseeing Golin’s corporate work in the Eastern region, as well as for Golin’s The Brooklyn Brothers and DeVries Global brands. Peters, who is based in Chicago, will oversee Golin’s Midwest and Western region corporate practice groups, including cross-practice integration with Golin US Health practice.

Vellozzi joined Golin in 2016 and most recently held the role of executive VP and head of corporate communications for Golin New York.  Peters joined Golin in 2017 as executive VP of corporate and public affairs for Golin Chicago.

Vellozzi and Peters will be working closely with Scott Farrell, the agency’s global president of corporate communications. Golin said the new leadership structure is designed to keep pace with changing client needs and growth of practice, which accounts for 30% of the agency’s US client portfolio.
