WASHINGTON —Natasha O’Dell Archer has joined Golin as its global DE&I leader, bringing to the agency more than two decades of experience in the field.

In the newly created senior VP role, Archer is responsible for managing Golin’s global DE&I communications, leading strategic programming and overseeing employee DE&I training and development, as well as streamlining local and regional initiatives already underway. She also serves as a client advisor.

Over her 20-plus year career, Archer has focused on promoting diversity & inclusion in communications, public policy, and social justice. She spent the last two years running her own consultancy, working with corporations on conducting companywide DE&I training. Before that, Archer held senior roles at The Opportunity Institute and Council for a Strong America.

Archer, who joined Golin in May, is based in Washington and reports to global HR head Tiffiny Bolden. Golin’s most recent DE&I leader, Margenett Moore-Roberts, left Golin early last year when she was promoted to chief diversity & inclusion officer of IPG Dxtra, parent company Interpublic Group’s PR and marketing group.

“Natasha is the perfect senior advisor to operationalize the agency’s inclusion efforts and help elevate what we do for our people and our clients,” said Bolden. “Golin has always prided itself on being a culture-first organization, and Natasha exemplifies what it means to bring both a wealth of knowledge and a personal passion to this role. I’m excited to see her vision in action as she synergizes the many strong programs we have in place that help us realize our commitment to be obsessively inclusive in every market we do business.”
