LONDON--German sanitary fittings manufacturer Hansgrohe has handed a significant six-figure global PR brief to GolinHarris, following a competitive review.

GolinHarris is charged with developing an international PR hub for the company, providing a framework and assets designed to deliver consistent communications and story-telling in Hansgrohe’s 37 subsidiaries around the world.

GolinHarris prevailed over two other international PR firms to win the business.

“This is an important step in our ambition to cement our position as leaders in the global premium and luxury shower and bathroom fittings market," said Hansgrohe international PR senior manager Sami Munter.

"We hope that with GolinHarris’ help, we will be able to showcase more of our product range – from both Hansgrohe and Axor – to existing and new audiences alike.”

Hansgrohe's key rival is Grohe, which is handled by Ogilvy PR.

The company is aiming to highlight its credentials in design, innovation and sustainability. GolinHarris' London office is also charged with overseeing emerging markets messaging.
