Google has brought on the Silicon Valley-based Bateman Group for a content creation assignment for its enterprise and cloud platform divisions.
The Google business comes amid several other new wins that Bateman has recently added, totaling $1.8 million in new business. Those new clients are: EchoUser, LightSpeed, Netskope, Sitecore and Virtustream.
The Google work started six months ago on the enterprise side and has since grown to include Google’s cloud platform, says founder/CEO Fred Bateman.

“At the time, we thought, would it be worth it to change our model and not to do full service?” Bateman says. “The answer has been yes.”
Bateman VP Shannon Hutto played a key role in securing the relationship with Google.
The Bateman Group is a $4.4 million firm with offices in San Francisco and New York. Last year, the firm grew 41% over 2012 and expanded ownership of the shop to its San Francisco GM Bill Bourdon and New York GM Tyler Perry. For Google Enterprise, the core messaging revolves around migrating enterprise and SMB onto Google’s B2B offerings. The cloud work focuses building, testing and deploying applications on Google’s cloud infrastructure.
