NEW YORK — Grant Toups is joining H+K Strategies as global chief technology officer following a 15-year career with ICF Next.
In the newly created role, Toups is responsible for furthering H+K’s technology and intelligence strategy, building out tech-based offerings and improving data science and analytics capabilities. He will report to global chairman and CEO AnnaMaria DeSalva and join Hill+Knowlton’s Global Leadership Council.
Toups held a variety of senior leadership roles during his tenure at ICF Next, which included overseeing tech, stakeholder experience, customer loyalty and strategy and transformation business units.
Most recently Toups served as an ICF Next managing partner and division president. He was the firm’s chief client officer before that.
