NEW YORK — Highwire PR has acquired Wonderscript, the consultancy launched by former Text100 North America regional leader James Beechinor-Collins in October, to expand its digital offering.

The Wonderscript name will be retired and its team of three will join Highwire, creating a combined agency of 97 people. Beechinor-Collins and co-founder James Holland will lead the firm’s digital group as executive VPs based in New York, charged with building new services and expanding client work.

Highwire has been partnering with Wonderscript to expand its digital services for much of the past year, during which digital revenue has grown 35%. Clients include enterprise technology, security and healthcare companies such as Splunk, Cloudera, PwC, Dell Boomi, iRhythm and ABB.

“JBC and James have been instrumental in the rapid growth of Highwire’s digital offering over the last year as trainers, mentors and collaborators,” said principal Kathleen Gratehouse. “Culturally and philosophically Highwire is well aligned with Wonderscript in our common goal to deliver high-impact business results for clients through the full spectrum of storytelling, content, influencer and digital activations.”
