COLUMBUS, OH — Fahlgren Mortine has announced an agreement to merge thePLAN, a digital brand experience company, into its operations as the Ohio-based firm continues to expand its digital expertise. Terms of the agreement are not disclosed. Based in Powell, thePLAN was established in 2014 and provides digital strategy, user experience design, technology and data analytics services for companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to technology startups nationwide. As part of the arrangement, founders Jeff Stauffer and Matt Fox and their team of strategists, designers, developers and data analytics experts will now officially join Fahlgren Mortine after a long history of partnership. Stauffer and Fox previously oversaw digital operations and development for global healthcare agency, GSW, powered by Syneos Health.

NEW YORK — Prosek Partners has launched an investor relations ESG advisory services offering in partnership with Blue Dot Capital, a strategic sustainable finance consultancy. Prosek acquired a stake in Blue Dot in 2021 to enhance the firm’s ESG capabilities and offer strategic ESG advisory for financial services clients. The new offering was developed specifically for public and late-stage companies, pairs Prosek’s IR experience with Blue Dot’s ESG and sustainable finance expertise to offer ESG counsel to companies as they navigate the ESG landscape and effectively communicate their ESG value proposition to investors. The new integrated offering will be led within Prosek by Alex Jorgensen and Alex Straus.

The Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) has created its inaugural Latin America Board, a new body designed to oversee the association’s growth and engagement across the region. LOS ANGELES — Wachsman has opened an office in Los Angeles. The office will be led by Ally Norton, who has over a decade of experience leading communications strategies for clients spanning music, film, tech, and digital creators. Norton opened Shore Fire Media's Los Angeles office in 2018, establishing the firm's first West Coast outpost. Prior to joining Wachsman, Norton worked for SpinLab Communications, where she led consumer and corporate communications for businesses in the entertainment industry, including Pandora, Beatport, Create Music Group, Flighthouse, Tixr, and Moon Projects.
