SAN FRANCISCO—Atlanta-based Trevelino/Keller has opened a San Francisco office, its fourth location including Charleston and Orlando. The new office will be led by Tanner Latham, the agency’s content director. Prior to joining the firm almost two years ago, Latham worked for 15 years as a print, digital and radio journalist, most recently as a contributor to NPR.

BOSTON—Version 2.0 Communications, a public relations and digital communications firm based in Boston, has opened an office in New York. The expansion comes after 11 new client wins, including Berklee Institute of Creative Entrepreneurship and fuels company Joule Unlimited. Revenues for 2014 were up 16 percent from the year prior.

NEW YORK—Fastlane Communications, an integrated marketing and communications agency, has acquired Winning Message, a brand positioning, lead generation and content marketing firm based in Los Angeles. The firm’s principal, Kevin Levi, is now a partner and managing director at Fastlane, and Winning Message will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and west coast operation of Fastlane.

TALLAHASSEE, FL—Integrated communications agency Moore Communications Group has acquired Denver-based Financial Social Media. Founded in 2010by Amy McIIwain, FSM specializes in digital and social strategy in the financial services industry and has worked with clients such as Jackson National Insurance, Transamerica Financial Advisors, LPL Financial, and Lincoln Financial Distributors. McIIwain will continue to lead the business as vice president of social and digital strategy.
