SAN FRANCISCO—Allison+Partners has launched All Told, a new division that combines the agency's research, content, creative, digital and measurement expertise into a centralized offering. The group will work across Allison+Partners' practices and account structure to deliver integrated storytelling for clients across the globe. All Told will be led by senior partner Cathy Planchard, who has been appointed president and will partner with chief creative officer Lisa Rosenberg on the new venture.

WASHINGTON, DC—The Incite Agency, the public affairs firm co-founded by former White House spokesman Robert Gibbs, and Fenway Strategies, founded by a trio of Obama aides, have joined forces. The two firms have offices in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Washington, with Fenway’s speechwriting and message development team working alongside Incite’s crisis communications and digital team.

Hill+Knowlton Strategies acquired Group SJR in 2013 and the expansion into Canada will help meet the need branded journalism engineered for reach and shareability across online and multimedia channels.

BOSTON—Myelin Communications, a network of communications firms with experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors, has acquired HY Connect, an advertising agency in Chicago, and Dodge Communications, a public relations firm in Atlanta. Rich Levy, CEO of Myelin, a Baird Capital portfolio company, will become chairman of both companies. 

GAINESVILLE, FL—The University of Florida College of Journalism & Communications has appointed Robert Grupp as director of its master of arts in mass communication program specialization in global strategic communication. Grupp, who is president at management consultancy Grupp Global Partners joined the college two years ago as adjunct instructor in the global strategic communication program. Previously, Grupp was president and CEO of The Institute for Public Relations.
