MEXICO CITY—Golin has launched Golin Mexico in partnership with Zimat Consultores, a leading communication consulting firm in Mexico. In February of last year, Golin formed a new network of offices in Latin America, representing a group of more than 300 professionals in eight countries. Executive director Flavia Vígio will continue to act as the Latin American lead based in Golin's Miami office and Jaime Flores will serve as general manager for Golin Mexico.

LOS ANGELES—MDC Partners has formed Cultura United Agency, a cross-disciplinary marketing firm uniting advertising and public relations expertise with expertise in Hispanic, African American and Asian audiences. Formed in partnership with Doner, Cultura United is headed by Anita Albán Gastelum, previously a member of the executive leadership team at IPG’s multicultural agency Axis for 10 years and former regional director for Fleishman Hillard’s Hispanic group, FH Hispania.
