OKLAHOMA CITY — Digital marketing agency Saxum will be acquiring VI Marketing and Branding. Together, the agencies will have revenues of more than $38 million and more than 100 employees across the nation. The new agency will maintain Saxum’s name and its Oklahoma City headquarters.

ALBANY — New England comms firm Duffy & Shanley is expanding its footprint in the Northeast with the opening of an Albany, New York office. Leading the New York office will be Michael Mulraney, who joined Duffy & Shanley this summer in the public affairs group. Mulraney’s primary focus will be leading D&S’s communications work for the Sunrise Wind offshore wind project, developed jointly by Ørsted and Eversource.
