CHICAGO—The Arthur W Page Society has named Dave Samson, general manager of public affairs at Chevron, as its next chairman, succeeding Gary Sheffer, vice president of strategic communications at General Electric. Samson has been a member of the Page Society since 1996, has served as a trustee since 2008 and is the co-chair of this year’s Page Society annual conference. Prior to Chevron, he held senior leadership roles with Oracle, Levi Strauss & Co., IBM and Ketchum.
