NEW ORLEANS—Moroch Holdings, a privately-held family of integrated marketing and communications companies that includes Dallas-based Moroch Partners, has taken a minority interest in Bond Public Relations & Brand Strategy. Effective immediately, the New Orleans-based agency will merge with Moroch's Southeastern division and will rebrand as Bond Moroch. Bond will also welcome Brad Hunter from Moroch as a partner.
