NEW YORK — Plynk, the investment app owned by Fidelity Investment parent FMR LLC, is reviewing its PR agency support, PRovoke Media has learned.

PRovoke Media understands that the company, whose platform is designed for novice investors, is seeking an agency with expertise in startups and fintech.

Plynk worked with Ketchum until the end of last year. Ketchum has worked with Fidelity Investments since 2019, when the financial services giant hired the agency to build its reputation and visibility following internal strife stemming from allegations of longtime sexual harassment and workplace misconduct.

Sources say the agency review is in its very early stages, with Plynk recently having preliminary calls with prospective participants.

Plynk did not respond to request for comment.
