NEW YORK — MSL US has hired IPG Dxtra’s Lisa Talbot as the firm’s chief client officer.

In the newly created role, Talbot will be responsible for overseeing top client engagements and services across all the agency’s practices. She is charged with ensuring the agency delivers top-tier work for clients by leveraging talent, offerings, and innovation.

Talbot will report to MSL US CEO Diana Littman and oversee practice leads. She will be based in New York.

Talbot joins MSL from a dual role at IPG, where she served as chief strategy officer for IPG Dxtra Health as well as head of health strategy for Weber Shandwick. Talbot is credited with building and launching Dxtra Health and building a strategy offering and team for Weber Shandwick’s North American health practice.

She also formerly led business development and growth across Marina Maher Communications and RXMosaic.

“There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t obsess about being the best for our people and our clients — and bringing Lisa to the MSL to focus on top client engagements and integrated client leadership as a whole is in service of just that,” Littman said. “Lisa is an extraordinary business partner, with a truly unique ability to create growth by elevating from the inside out and inspiring from the outside in. Her passion for and understanding of the importance of influence and how it impacts marketing will bring immense returns to our agency and work.”
