HAMPSHIRE, UK — Jargon PR has acquired Vantage Marketing, a Wales-based agency specialising in the B2B commercial and industrial marketing, to increase its B2B portfolio.

Vantage founder Nick Brooks will complete a three-month handover before retiring; the deal brings the total number of staff at Jargon to 23, to form a business with combined fee income this year of nearly £1.7 million.

Brooks said: “After a 40-year career it’s time for me to hand over the reins. Jargon PR is the perfect partner for Vantage and I look forward to successfully handing over the client base and helping manage the transition.”

Clients acquired from Vantage include Biral, DHD Cooling, Ecolighting and Wunda Group.
